• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: No fee will be      charged.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: A $50 late cancellation fee may apply.
• Missed appointments or no-shows: The full service fee may be charged.

• You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $25 fee to cover scheduling adjustments.

• If a prepaid service is canceled with proper notice, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are not available for same-day cancellations or missed appointments.
